Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Everything sold by GhostMind ("GhostMind," "we," "us") is a digital product: downloadable files such as PDFs, ZIP archives, and other digital content ("Products"). Products are delivered instantly and can be copied the moment they are downloaded, so they cannot be returned.

Every purchase is final. We do not give refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit, for any reason. This applies to every Product, every bundle, and every sale or discounted price.

1. What This Means

By placing an order, you understand and agree that:

  • You are buying a digital product that you receive immediately.
  • You cannot cancel the order or request a refund after purchase.
  • You have read this policy before buying.

2. Examples of Reasons We Do Not Refund

This list is for clarity only and is not complete. We do not refund because of:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Accidental or mistaken purchases
  • Dissatisfaction with the content, style, length, or format
  • Expecting something different from what the Product page describes
  • Not reading or not using the Product
  • Not having a compatible device, app, or software
  • Difficulty opening, extracting, or viewing a file on your device
  • Finding similar content elsewhere
  • Any other personal reason

3. Download Access

Each purchase includes five (5) downloads of your files. This is more than enough to save them to your devices. Download your files right away and keep a backup. If you have trouble accessing your order, email us at ghostmindofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you with access. Access help is not a refund.

4. Duplicate Charges

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the exact same order, contact us with your order number and we will correct the duplicate charge.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute on a delivered Product is a violation of this policy. Please contact us first. If a dispute is filed, we will submit evidence to your payment provider, including your order record, delivery confirmation, download records, and your acceptance of these policies. We may also revoke your access to the Products and refuse future orders.

6. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot be waived under the law where you live. Where the law gives a right to cancel a digital purchase, that right is lost once you receive access to the download, because you have requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that by completing your purchase.

7. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
