DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY. NOTHING IS SHIPPED.
GhostMind sells digital products only. There are no physical items, no shipping, and no shipping fees.
1. How You Get Your Files
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your download link at the address you entered at checkout. Your download link is also available on your order confirmation page.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery is instant in nearly all cases, usually within a few minutes. In rare cases, such as payment verification or technical delays, it may take a little longer.
3. Download Limit
Each purchase allows five (5) downloads. After the fifth download, the link stops working. Please save your files to your device immediately and keep a backup. Additional downloads after the limit is reached are not guaranteed.
4. File Types
Products are delivered as PDF files, ZIP archives, or other digital files. ZIP files must be extracted before use. You are responsible for having a device and software that can open the files. Free PDF readers and file-extraction tools are widely available.
5. If You Did Not Receive Your Email
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Make sure you used the correct email address at checkout.
- Wait a few minutes and check again.
- Still nothing? Email ghostmindofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend your link.
You are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout.
6. Worldwide Availability and Taxes
Our Products are available worldwide unless restricted by law. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location. Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.
7. All Sales Final
All purchases are final, as stated in our Refund Policy.
8. Future Physical Products
All current Products are digital. If GhostMind ever sells physical goods, separate shipping terms will be posted before those items can be purchased.
